Friends of Carrick Hill - Evening Program

Associate Professor Jenny Donald is a distinguished academic who is attached to the Faculty of Science at the Macquarie University in Sydney.  However, her talk will not be about science or her career, but about her recent visit to Madagascar, where she had many interesting experiences, including seeing some of the lemurs for which the island is famous.  Not many Australian tourists visit Madagascar, so this will be a good opportunity to learn something about this huge island and its fascinating history.  Jenny is the niece of long-time Friends' supporter Margie Donald, and is flying in from Sydney especially to talk to us, and of course, to visit Aunt Margie!
