Join Tanya Parr from Nature Creative for a hands-on, lino printmaking workshop inspired by Carrick Hill's Morris & Co | An Adelaide Obsession exhibition. It is designed for young artists aged 10-14 and will take place on Tuesday, 16th April from 1-3 pm. This creative session will guide participants through the process of viewing the exhibition for inspiration, followed by sketching and carving small lino blocks.
Focusing on design and technique, children will learn a floral layering printmaking technique to create their own unique art pieces. This workshop encourages attention to detail and introduces more technical aspects of printmaking.
Tanya is an Art Therapist that also teaches Art Classes from her nature surrounded studio near Belair National Park. She strongly believes that Nature is our best teacher and by connecting to nature we are connecting to our most balanced, innate self.
